It’s that time of year again. Stumptown Comics Fest time! This weekend! This year I’ll be at table B02, along with Jimmy. If you’re in the Portland area, please come say hello! Ask me about Golden Nights, or lets chat about comics and stuff. I’d love to see you all!

I’ll have the comic I’ve been working on with Dan Tabayoyon (Red Sky) as well as some smaller versions of the Golden Nights posters, a few other prints, and some buttons and other little goodies. I’ll be doing sketch commissions at the show as well.

I updated that “Princess Time” drawing that I did a couple years ago, because there are more princesses now. Like, you know, Flame Princess. Also put in the princesses from the comics, and finally caved and added Dr. Princess, even though she’s not ~technically~ a princess, but people kept asking about her.

A few of the concept sketches for the protagonist of Golden Nights. The game takes place in a fantasy setting, so my sketches did a little back and forth between full on fantasy style costume, and a little bit more historically researched. The final design ended up pretty in-between.

FINALLY, I can tell you guys! For the last few months, I’ve been doing concept art for a short, retro-pixel-art-style RPG that will be downloadable on the PS Vita. The project is being led by Wolfgang Wozniak with final art and animation being done by the super awesome Jackson Lango. This poster is ~somewhere~ at GDC right now, and I think we should have a few prints available for sale soon.

Expect a lot more art posts and information in the coming weeks!

It seems like Brütal Legend has been all over the place lately, what with it coming out on PC, and the art book FINALLY coming out and all that. WHICH IS AWESOME, because everyone should play it and love it. Speaking of which, it’s totally out on PC. So you should all go get it. You don’t like metal? Get it anyway! The art is fantastic, it has a great story, and maybe you’ll even gain a little bit of an appreciation for some new music.

Also, if you all are in San Francisco, go to the art book release party this Thursday! Because I can’t go, so I want to live my dreams vicariously through all of you and for you to tell me all about it! :D

So since ME1 was released on PS3, I was fiiiinally able to play through the entire thing, instead of just parts of it. And omg Shiala. New second favorite asari! Which may or may not have to do with her being my favorite color. It was great to run into her again in ME2! And that she was green again!

I was so upset when I had to kill all the asari clones. It involved a lot of yelling “I’M SORRY!!! I’M SO SORRY!!!” at the tv. They were too adorable D:

I am not the biggest fan of She-Hulk and know absolutely nothing about her, but that’s what Jimmy told me to draw when I asked him what to draw next in Painter.

I am also not the biggest fan of this half-finished drawing, but I was informed that I need to post more, and that if it was not up on tumblr tomorrow, I would be in trouble. So… here is She-Hulk??
